Little Hyraxes are Chubby Fur Balls
They look a bit like rabbits with little ears or else like the bigger rodent species (marmots or woodchucks) but the hyrax is in its own family of unique mammal not related to those others. It lives in the arid environment of Africa and the Middle East where it lives among rocks or trees and somehow manages to keep its chubby appearance. They are herbivores and they like to bask in the sun or else huddle together with other family members to stay warm.
