Fossa Pups

The fossa is a cat-mongoose-like carnivore from Madagascar that likes trees. They are slender but very quick and they have powerful claws and teeth for hunting. The fossa population is down to just about 2000 individuals existing in the wild. Luckily, in captivity some fossas are breeding and a new pair of pups were born recently at a wildlife reserve in France.
