Goslings: Sweet Little Balls of Fuzz

Now we here at the Baby Animal Zoo know that geese can be somewhat of a nuisance – in North America, Canadian geese are over-populous, and renowned for making a terrible mess all over beaches, playgrounds and parking lots everywhere you look; but as with all animals, even the scary or annoying ones, when they are babies – they are CUTE!

These amazing fuzzy goslings float cutely on the surface of a pond, not yet capable of flight, but kicking away with cute, tiny feet. Like many water fowl, cute baby goslings start off puffy, fuzzy and yellow or a light brown and end up a variety of other colors as their feathers come in – and like other water dwelling birds, even tiny baby goslings are mostly herbivores, but sometimes they snack on small insects and even tiny fish!
